Please switch off mobile phones before going into the ritual.
No photographs or video are allowed during the ritual.
Please bring a little food & drink to share during the feast after the ritual.
Please do not eat food in the reception area of Conway Hall. This is in keeping with our catering agreement with the venue.
Young people and children are welcome, at parent’s discretion.
Pagan rituals can sometimes deal with adult themes, such as love and death. We therefor leave it to each parent to determine for themselves, what they consider to be suitable for their child.
There is no foul language or nudity.
Alcohol is present, at the feast after the ritual, as are non-alcoholic drinks.
The venue is fully accessible and we ensure that those who need seats or space for wheelchairs, scooters, etc. gain access to the ritual room first.
We do not allow photography of our open rituals, as we wish to ensure the privacy of all those who attend.
All food is brought by those who attend, as part of a communal feast, for after the ritual. This food is separated into vegetarian and non-vegetarian. All food labels are kept with the food, so that people can review the ingredients, if they wish.
Feel free to wear whatever you want. If you wish to wear robes to the ritual, you are welcome to do so. If you want to wear regular street clothes, that is just fine and most people do this.
